Saturdays at 2 pm from now until Feb 11 - Love Birds Art Class - come and learn a cool technique and put love birds on a plate, bowl, or mug! Cost is the pottery you choose!

Day Camps and Summer Camps

We are looking forward to offering a few camp options this year! We have day camps for ages 5 - 8 and those dates are June 29-30, July 6-7, and July 27 - 28. The camps are from 10 am - noon. This will include storytime, painting pottery, clay building and a snack! The cost is $40 for both days. Please register at least a week in advance!

The week long summer camps are a first for the Clay spot! We will paint and have an artsy time from 10 am - 2 pm! The camp dates are June 6 - 10, June 20 - 24, July 11 - 15, and July 18 - 22! Each camp has a theme! Activities include painting pottery, clay builds, canvas painting, card making, sand art, mosaic art, snack crafts and more! We will provide lunch for our campers! cost is $175 for ages 8 and up! Price breaks for signing up for more than one camp or for siblings!
Please register ($50) at least 2 weeks prior to the camp so we can make sure we have supplies!

Harry Potter Trivia Night

To celebrate the new Harry Potter film The Clay Spot is having a Harry Potter Trivia Night on November 18 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm! Come and have some pizza and drink ($5) and paint something from the movie! We have spiders, unicorns, Hogwarts Express train, a sorting hat, and plates or ornaments you can decorate with your favorite Harry Potter design!
We will have trivia questions and PRIZES!

Come at 11 am and listen to a story and paint an item that relates to the story or just pick something you want to paint! Cost varies depending on the item! $4 and up

November 3 Subject: rooster

Friday 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Dong Shang, a Chinese artist, will teach painting techniques on our bisque pottery. Cost is $35 and includes instruction and a $14 pottery piece.

Kid Class: December 3 Friday 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Subject: Panda, Fish
Students learn how to paint the subject on paper and then on the pottery plate. Ages 5 and up Cost is $35 - includes instruction and a $14 plate.
